The information below is provided to give a helpful understanding to make your visit the most comfortable and effective.

Steady and deep breathing oxygen from the Air is essential for the restoration and renewal of all cellular tissues of the mind and body. You may be be asked to breathe at various times and patterns throughout the duration of the massage. You may close or open your eyes for your preference.
Music: may be chosen for your specific massage. Types of music include relaxation and empowering instrumentals. The therapist will remain in clear communication with you to increase effectiveness and comfort.
Dress Attire: Fully clothed direct on skin.
Typical clothes: regular t-shirt, sweat pants, athletic clothing, active wear, etc.
It is highly recommended, not required, *drinking more than your normal
amount of water 12-24 hours before sessions.
*The Institute of Medicine's Food and Nutrition Board recommend for women drinking more than
11 glasses, (91 ounces) and men drink more than 15 glasses of water(125 ounces) per day.
